NBS Undergraduate Programmes Office (UPO) Client Project

As part of a team project, we conducted a strategic analysis to enhance NBS Undergraduate’s social media presence with the goal of increasing brand awareness, attracting high-quality applicants, fostering student engagement, and strengthening alumni and industry connections.

We analyzed the social media strategies of 3–5 top universities, focusing on platform use, content types, and engagement tactics. Based on key insights and benchmarking findings, we proposed recommendations tailored to NBS’s positioning.

To bring these ideas to life, we developed mock-up storyboards for short-form video content (e.g., TikTok and Instagram Reels) that reflected the NBS brand and demonstrated creative ways to engage prospective and current students.

Our team, Team Fab Four, was proud to be selected as the winning team by the NBS Undergraduate Programmes Office (UPO) for our strong insights, creative execution, and strategic recommendations.
